Will the succulent I order look like the one on your website? Different varieties are available throughout the year. We must rely on what mother nature has on offer. Sizes and types will vary. Will your succulents grow indoors? Yes – if it has a minimum of 4 hours of direct sunlight shining on them. If you are looking for low light options, get in touch and we can help you out. 

Do you do custom orders? We love custom orders! To see the styles and pots we've created with customers click over to Facebook and Instagram.

I would like to order a large amount of succulents. The easiest way to order numerous succulents is to contact us directly. 

Do you sell wholesale? Wholesale and consignment agreements are available. Simply get in touch to find out the range of products on offer.

Will my order survive a few days without sunlight? Yes – succulents are hardy creatures and can have a few days out of the sun without dying.

Will my succulent come with care instructions? Yes – all orders come with care instructions and contact details for further information.

How often should succulents be watered? The main killer of succulents in over-watering. Succulents and cacti like to have a good drenching (with water coming out of the drainage hole) and to completely dry out before the next watering. A general rule is to water once a week in summer and once a month in winter.

How much sunlight do succulents need? The succulents we use need a minimum of 4 hours of direct sunlight on them. If you are looking for a low light succulent for your home or office, get in touch and we can work together to find the right plants for you.

How do I water my indoor succulent pot? The best way to water indoor plants is over a sink. Let the water run through till it comes out of the drainage hole and leave it on a drying rack until the water stops seeping through.

How long will my succulent arrangement last? Your succulent arrangement will last between 12 to 18 months in its pot before it needs to be rearranged or potted.

What happens if my succulent dies? Sadly, plants sometimes do die. We offer lifetime support for all our plants. If your succulents start to look unhappy, send a message with a photo and I we'll let you know what you can do to bring it back to its healthy self.
